1. Eat properly

3. Indulge yourself
Plan some time for yourself to do something that will bring you pleasure. This is especially important if you’re constantly busy and under the impact of stressful lifestyle. Then you simply must select a day for rest and relaxation. Visit the spa, pool, sit in a cafe with a friend, listen to music while looking at candlelight – in a few words, do what will give you a time out and opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquillity and bliss. Forget about your problems and relax, because you cannot be beautiful, if you are unhappy and tired.
